The Convenience of Cub

One of the best features of Lowa46 will be the on-site Cub Foods store, located on the first floor. The grocery store will be a smaller, first-of-its-kind urban format Cub, just over half the size of their traditional stores.

According to a recent article in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, a few new features will include:

•    Multiple entrances due to the high walking traffic in the neighborhood
•    Outdoor seating
•    Communal-seating areas with plug-ins
•    New coffee concept that will be serving Caribou Coffee, ice cream, and cookies
•    Grab-and-go meals
•    Expanded deli
•    In-store pickup

In addition to our exclusive amenities, Cub will offer Lowa 46 residents a great place to hang out, enjoy a cup of coffee, or grab a quick ready-to-eat dinner.
